The company has a very inspiring vision that truly motivates the team. During my first few years, the culture was fantastic—everyone was supportive and collaborative. It offers an excellent Work-Life Balance (WLB), which is hard to find in this industry.

The product has significant limitations that haven't been addressed, leading to a lack of clear direction for the engineering team. From a career development standpoint, it's easy to feel stuck as there are few opportunities for growth or to take on new, diverse challenges.

What truly sets it apart is the culture—it's hands-down my favourite thing about being here. It's inclusive, supportive, and deeply rooted in innovation and collaboration. You’re constantly surrounded by people who care about making a real difference and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through technology. Management is incredibly welcoming and transparent, which creates a strong sense of trust and alignment across teams. They genuinely listen and encourage feedback, making you feel like your voice matters. It’s an environment where you’re empowered to grow, learn, and challenge yourself. As with any growing company, there are still areas that are evolving. Sometimes you'll notice process gaps or inefficiencies—nothing unmanageable, but it does require a proactive mindset to help shape and improve how things are done. The solution is still developing, which can be both exciting and challenging. There’s a lot of work to do, and at times it can feel like we’re wearing multiple hats. We're definitely in need of more hands on deck, so scaling the team is a priority. That said, if you enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of the growth journey, it’s a rewarding place to be.
