Here the salary increments are calculated from January to December and the appraisal will be received by June or July (5 or 6 months late). It’s a game plan by reporting managers. If you are a new employee, then at the time of joining you should give a signed blank cheque to the management for the safety of the 3 months notice period. There is no career growth. Worst work atmosphere. They will stop salary if they have any doubt on employee without intimidation.
