Pros
It was my privilege that, I got to work at Smartinternz as an Intern, and I got to learn so much about salesforce, the best part was I could make my project with a real-life scenario and its solution trough Salesforce.
Cons
Long-term workload and pending tasks were assigned to all the interns in various fields. However, we were given deadlines to complete random tasks that were not in line with what the team lead had promised during the interview. Additionally, our stipend was not based on the work we did. Consequently, the time we could dedicate to learning was limited. Although I was offered a full-time opportunity, the manager advised me not to focus on the pay and just to continue working. This was quite disappointing, as it demonstrated a lack of understanding of what employees truly value.
