- small company means more exposure to cross collaborate with different departments - opportunity to make actual impact on the product - work colleagues
Cons
- multiple layoffs, feeling uneasy all the time - no HR in the US - senior leadership (exec team), no return in value to the employees as they expect us to give to them and the customers
