My time working at SmartEtailing has been a wonderful experience. The people are welcoming and kind, the company leadership are thoughtful and caring, and the mission is awesome: helping independent bicycle retailers thrive. I started at SmartEtailing doing data entry and was able to work my way up through several promotions over the course of four years. If you are passionate about the bicycling or outdoor industries or just want to work at a considerate and purposeful tech company, SmartEtailing would be a great fit.
Cons
SmartEtailing is a small company punching above its weight, which means it has to use limited resources in the most effective way possible. While leadership is always very transparent about why resources are allocated to certain areas over others, this can still be frustrating at times.
