Pros
Senior Engineers who had no problems mentoring. The amount I learned in such short time was in no doubt attributed to the developing culture.
Cons
The compensation was below level, but I think it had to do more with the way they viewed me in compared to others. Nonetheless, many intro web developers were making the same.
