There isn't any pros since you could be there minding your business, working, getting work done, and still get harassed by people, the work enviroment itself is decent, the people & management are literally sitting there eyeballing you for no reason.

Union Rep is also a big problem, they aren't a representative for you. They are representative for the company & no one else, and they sit there and stare at you.

- Would not recommend for fresh candidates who are looking for more salary compared to the market value, but for initial stage "learning more skills is worth than earning more money"
