Pros
The team and culture are awesome. A great mix of working hard and having fun. From my experience, someone who will be successful here is a self-starter who takes pride in their work. Although the company is well established, the style feels similar to a tech startup - constantly improving/changing processes, trying new sales and marketing tactics, quick engineering release cycles. It's a fun place to be because every day is different and each employee's ideas are valued. The management structure is pretty flat so it doesn't feel like there are a bunch of weird power trips or political issues going on behind the scenes. And upper management is refreshingly transparent about the current and future state of the business. All in all, it's a great company and I feel lucky to be a part of the team.
