Some low-performers are still in the team and are protected too long — even when they keep making daily mistakes with customers and I don’t know what some analyst or people do with no clear results.
Invest in more commercial and motivated customer support people that love customers.
Can be frustrating when you’re trying to push forward and others don’t care as much.
Sometimes the standard for hiring isn’t strict enough — the company should only take in people who are curious, fast, and really want to grow - Hopefully a new HR will come and help with better hiring - attract the right people.
Not the place for people who want to be comfortable or just do the bare minimum - unfortunately these people will slow the team down
