Colleagues on the ground level are helpful. That is about it

Cons

Upper management is very poor in making decisions and lacks empathy for employees' challenges at work. No work life balance as you will have to work till late at night. Company has very high attrition. No clear structure set in place to avoid errors from occurring and due to this lack of structure, the blame could be set on you if you are not careful CEO is not mature and can be quite insensitive No clear improvement plan set for probationers I have also heard that some are the glassdoor reviews may not be legitimate but I am not 100% sure on this.

The fast-paced environment can sometimes become challenging, especially during high-pressure periods. At times, the workload and expectations may feel overwhelming, as responsibilities across operations, client management, and vendor coordination can fall on a limited number of people.

Autonomy to manage tasks and improve processes.

Cons

Limited documentation for the onboarding process, but the admin team is actively working on improving it.
