Pros
There was a great compensation plan, you would get paid very well for your sells. Pre set appointments (most of the time), and company trips.
Cons
Work-life balance was terrible, would leave my house around 5:30 am every morning and would not get home until after 8pm. You are always on call, so if you get a lead on saturday or sunday, you must go to it. You do get 1 day off every 14 days though (rotating sunday). No way to progress to management. We went though 4 sales managers while I was there, every one was brought in from outside. They are VERY expensive, so be prepared to feel okay with charging people 4X what they really should be paying.
