      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Smart Window Company. The whole team was very supportive and Tony had a great company culture going that prioritized not pressuring customers, which makes them a lot more receptive to our product. Smart Window Company gets an A+ for both the employee and customer experience. Unfortunately I had to move out of the area and move on to a different job.

      Cons

      I'm not sure. I believe they do the best they can with everything and they're definitely a lot better than other home improvement companies I've worked for in the past. No company is perfect because no person is perfect.

      This is a fantastic company with a kind, caring culture. I’m a newbie, but a lot of the other employees have been working with Tony and Alan for over 20 years at their other companies, that says a lot about their integrity.

      Cons

      I’m not sure. It’s a job, so you’re expected to show up, but that’s to be expected.
