      Field operation: You’ll get great hands on experience, and the guys are great at getting newby’s up to speed.

      Cons

      Field operation: Pay structure is weird. but it works. Panel pay isn’t the best way to get payed when it comes to installing solar.

      Great leadership team with excellent communication. You're given what you need to succeed. This is a young/small company which means they listen to everyones opinions and make changes where needed.
