      Pros

      Friendly people and helpful people. Cozy office. Not really a hard project. if you want just work it can be a good place.

      Cons

      Not really interesting product. if you want complicated tasks it's not for you. A lot of inexperienced colleagues around you. Quite weak feature delivery process - everything should have been implemented just yesterday. Some "specific" engineering decisions are made sometimes. Absence of QA engineers.

      - Highly skilled and approachable team with flat hierarchies - Very diverse work for software engineers - Good working hours and office location - Great compensation package including BVG tickets.

      Cons

      - Very niche product that requires lots of customer interaction.

      Pros

      I like the dynamic and that the company is constantly growing. There is a very friendly atmosphere between the colleagues and the management has a very transparent way of informing the employees about all innovations.
