A lot of inexperienced colleagues around you.
Quite weak feature delivery process - everything should have been implemented just yesterday.
Some "specific" engineering decisions are made sometimes.
Absence of QA engineers.

I like the dynamic and that the company is constantly growing.
There is a very friendly atmosphere between the colleagues and the management has a very transparent way of informing the employees about all innovations.
