Everything about the company from the way it was ran , management only supporting certain individuals with favourable working conditions and Leads the level of corruption and politics at this company was disgusting some workers being handed leads going home after 2-3 hours work whilst skilled Sales People had to be out socilicting 7-8 hours a day during cold and rain to actually hit their KPI out of their own merit , alot other things went on amongst empty promises working without contracts the list is endless STAY AWAY
