Pros

Working for Smart has truly been a blessing! I have gained many friends, and consider them family! This company has helped me grow, not only as an employee but as a person also!

During my exit interview I was unable to think of anything that made me unhappy!

Pros

Free Food & only A hand full of good people. also You can turn a 30 min lunch into an hour easily with out them caring.

I worked at smart pharmacy for about a little over a year. So clearly its not that bad. well thats what i thought in the begging. after being there a half of year i realize that all of the upper management works together and comes up with any excuse to fire anyone. i witness people get fired because the manager did not like there style. the managers there already have their group of people they like so good luck fitting in or lasting. the customer care team lead is not a team lead at all, all she do is copy the manager. its like monkey c monkey do. the customer care manager walks her dog in the rain so did the team lead. i use that as an example because they never really focus or talk about work . in smart pharmacy its a whole bunch of gossip and they just talk about their personal life. No one actually care about the patients. sad to say but they only care about the money. which the reps are selling false advertisement !! The reason why they are the best place to work is because they force us and beg us to take the survey. If you do still choose to work here just a heads up act fake and go along with everything the managers say thats how i stood there.

We are sorry that you feel that way. We prefer to have no turnover and that is why we give associates written and verbal warnings before we resort to having to let them go. Our number one focus is our patients and that's why we have customer service trainings as well as an onboarding for all new hires to enforce the importance of our patients and our commitment to helping them get better. We encourage associates to take the Best Place to Work survey so we can receive feedback on the areas we are doing well and areas we might be able to improve on. This is an anonymous survey and no one is forced to answer the questions in any particular way. In fact, one of the questions on the survey asks if you were forced to take the survey and the results show that none of our associates selected 'yes'. We are sorry that you feel that way after a year and half with us but we wish you the best.
