Great employer - Logistics Associate Smart International Employee Review

- none to note, complete chaos and lack of professionalism

- no training program - conflicting direction from owner and supervisor - most employees are young with 4-5 months of experience and a lot of turnovers - this company doesn't deserve interns Discovered the training manual and asked why I was never given this and was told "we don't have time to train people". I get orders from my direct boss then different orders from the owner and they're both upset if I don't follow their instructions. It's a recipe for failure. I would rate 0 stars if possible

Monday thru Friday. That is the only pro.

Horrible pay. Micro managing like you would believe. No training. Their "hot leads" have been worked over and over by the last several employees. No one seems to stay there more than a month. Tell you one thing on the phone about pay and it changes when you start.
