Pros

Some typical, "hip marketing agency" perks like waffles on Wednesday, dogs in the office, flexible PTO. They use this stuff as an excuse and a band aid to cover up how unorganized they are.

Cons

Absolutely no communication or direction from the top down. The leadership there will drive that agency into the ground and have zero remorse for their employees. Management is so disconnected you have to wonder if they actually care about employees below them. They have thought of new products, told sales to start selling them, and had ZERO processes in place to service the product. The top dogs take the most money, have the "big ideas", and leave the angry clients for the client care team to deal with.

Pros

Cool Office, Pet friendly, Lots of PTO, Lots of free food around the office

Cons

Management has no clue what they want to do, they sell products that DO NOT exist at all then get confused when clients are mad. The product has not been up-kept at all and sales are showing it. In my year and a half there my job was a constant change, some good, some awful. None were discussed with me until they needed to be done and I was given very little direction but there were huge expectations. Completely ignore some internal teams while praising others even when results are questionable Everything seems very reactive. Very little thought seems to go into big decisions. ONLY way to get a raise is to put in your two weeks and hope they value you enough to counter. Has had 2 huge layoffs in the past 6 months that basically let go of 2/3's of the personnel that actual work with the clients and are the face of the company to the clients. Management comes to their conclusions and when the data doesn't match their idea, it is ignored.
