So many 1 hour for break but they prefer us to just eat in a very short time then continue to do our work Very cramp room for staffs- they hire 4 interns to do work and pay only 650/month with only 2 full time worker No overtime payment- if you come early (eg 8am), you have to do your work at that time until break at 12/1/2pm then continue until 6.30pm but they prefer us to stay until late night, saying that you dont have commitment in work if you're going home right on time. I usually got permission to leave at 8.30pm and reached home at 9.30pm No hp allowed during work- you have to keep it silent all the time, not even touching your phone during work, saying that they have connected our phone with tracker that can detect if we use it Even if you want to go to toilet, they want to record how many time and how long you go downstairs, which required you to enter another building hotel maya if you wish to pee or poo, it took quite long time to reach there and they expect us to go in a very short time One day off during weekend- have to work on Saturday, and go home at 4/5 pm even though we are supposed to leave at noon. No communication at all during work, we work in silent, just stare at the computer throughout the hour doing our work The jobs given to interns are mostly not related to their study, and we didn't know too much but they were expecting us to do well in every single task I was also have to promote this company when follow up some listed companies which was supposedly prohibited from doing so.
