I’m glad to hear you appreciate the wide range of benefits offered to our employees. Our benefit plans are designed around the needs of our employees to ensure each employee is prepared for the future.
Our leaderships focus is to ensure the right people are in the right position; therefore, it is necessary to make changes from time to time to ensure employees are placed into positions where they can thrive. It is unfortunate you feel as though our CEO is bringing the company down and our CLO has not delivered on his promises. I’m confident both would be willing to speak with you about your concerns and they have demonstrated this by consistently offering to meet with any employee who may have questions/concerns about the direction of the organization.
As an organization we understand we are not perfect and are working to implement new training and ensure every manager is equipped to help each of their employee succeed. There have been many training sessions rolled out over the past two years for all employees and our procedures can be found in the employee handbook.
