1. Excellent Management 2. Excellent HR 3. Excellent Co Workers 4. Excellent Leadership . . . Sorry , I was dreaming when I typed the above. I hoped it would be like above when I Joined. BUT IT'S totally the opposite..
Cons
1. Poor HR team . Very bad onboarding and especially off boarding experience. They will treat you like garbage when you resign. 2. Their pay structure is the very bad pay structure I have ever seen. No Allowances, and your majority of salary will be your basic. Which there will be lot of Tax Deductions. 3. They have their own dictionary built which will have different meaning for work life balance. 4. They will make you feel detached from your family in the name of commitment to work. They will do the work with 1 or 2 FTE's where there should be more than 4-5 FTE's. 5. All of these happens in all the teams and especially in Fusion and Peoplesoft teams. Oh Sorry , Those are the two streams which they actually have. 6. This is to People who are staying there for long time - Please move out and experience what IT culture is and how a process oriented company will work and implement things. You guys are living in a garbage and doesn't know about the worth of a good process oriented company - GET A LIFE guys. 7.
