Pros
It's the Wild West out there with zero oversight. No one has any idea what they're doing so you have zero accountability and can pretty much do whatever you want as long as you clock in and out.
Cons
This company is a mess in every category. An employee quits who never shares login credentials? Just sign up for a new subscription and lose all the previous work. Accidentally pay an employee $17 instead of $1700? Ask if they can just pay it next week? Send an incorrect W2 3 months late? Tell the employees just to lie to the IRS.
That's right! A company working on an IRS credit wanted me to lie to the IRS about my pay.
