The office culture is absolutely horrible - Industrial Designer Smart Design Employee Review

The office culture is absolutely horrible. The team I work on has the most toxic, energy sucking, vindictive individuals I had ever worked with. Certain members of management were directly rude to employees. No support for full time employees, no direction and little help or guidance, but plenty of complaints due to unrealistic expectations. Everyone is looking for new jobs as a result.
