- Great space once you are there, but commute sucks for anyone not walking or cycling. -free good coffee and food - lunch 1 day and snacks and then random happy hours - still some flex to work remotely a few days a week - interesting projects - cool people who love design and what they do - you will grow a lot especially earlier in your career
Cons
No matter what they try they cannot control clients. So if a big tech client lays off a lot of people, that trickle effect probably means Smart has to lay off people. Usually the people laid off are from teams that don't have enough work, so always sucks but people shouldn't be surprised - projects are shorter, so you might work late to meet deadlines as a result but only for a few weeks, then some breaks - its small so not big tech salaries - so figure out the type of company you want
