They leave you alone so no company "bonding" but that's a pro and con.

I worked on contract through Smart Deck for a year. I had to monitor my paychecks very carefully as they would miss paychecks, and miss paying me hours. After my contract ended it took over 2 months to get all my back pay and final paycheck. Six months later they still show me as active in ADP so I can't even move my 401K. It took forever to get responses and I continually had to show documentation and correct their mistakes on paychecks. Worst company! Do not recommend working for them.
