The new management has changed the salary review process. The process now occurs once a year, resulting in a minimal increase of just a penny per hour. This is disheartening, especially considering the hard work put in throughout the year. While the company is profitable, it seems the benefits are not adequately shared with employees. Additionally, the workload has increased significantly, with individuals expected to handle development, testing, monitoring, and project management as well as customer calls independently.
