Pros

1. Every developer will be ready to help and share their knowledge which is good 2. One can gain healthcare domain knowledge to some extend. 3. There was flexible WFH policy but they are changing that now

Cons

1. The salary is low for the work load that's given 2. The company grew a lot in the last two years but the workforce haven't expanded. Neither our pays were increased. 3. The ceo sets unrealistic expectations, not knowing how much workload each team is taking up, which is now turning the environment a bit toxic. 4. The technology is very old. 5. Night shift 6. I'm noticing that internal switch is not possible here. They would rather take up someone new than providing more career opportunities to the current employees

Pros

I really enjoy working with my immediate team. We’re supportive, collaborative, and have built a genuinely positive working environment. My coworkers are one of the best parts of the job, and there’s a strong sense of trust and camaraderie among us. Day-to-day work feels manageable and even enjoyable because of the people I work with.

Cons

Outside of my team, the company can feel disconnected. Communication across departments isn’t always clear, and it sometimes feels like different parts of the organization are operating in silos. Additionally, the location I work out of can feel overlooked compared to others, which contributes to that sense of disconnection and lack of visibility.
