      There is a lot of micromanagement and need to provide hourly updates. Extremely bad culture, and huge pressure on employees. Don’t work here

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
