      Co-workers are kind and professional.

      Cons

      Leadership seems disconnected from the realities of the company, making decisions that make it difficult for those doing the work to be successful. Recent influx of middle-management hires that are used to being consultants and do not have the practical knowledge necessary to mature the organization.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
