      People below c-suite are mostly trying to build a quality product, despite the challenges

      Cons

      The business model is now about profit maximization at the expense of product quality. Leadership is hoarding profits, not even giving promised merit increases. Everything is about outsourcing.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
