Technology stack is very good & latest. There are a few solid engineers. Follows efficient yet at a time too much process-oriented agile methodologies. Company culture is open & transparent. Communication from upper management is very clear & timely. Every month townhall happens. Different events happen now and then.
Cons
Product is for a very niche market segment. Instead of building a general-purpose scalable product too much focus is on a handful of customers. Pay is below market standard. Keeps a low profile. Don't see any branding activity on social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. People don't know much about the company. Instead of a small growing company, you won't feel the energy of a startup here. At a time work gets very hectic here. Doesn't give employees company merchandise & swags regularly.
