      Pros

      Product company on paper no fixed working hours but if you're team is also in US, then regular late evening hours in India is Expected. ESOP's, Paid Time-Off, Paternity leaves.

      Cons

      Very Unstable Leadership team, Stragegic goals keeps changing every few months. Team keep changing. Frequent Layoffs happen every few months. Managers conduct daily meeting and micro-manage due to the fear of layoffs. Avoid this company as much as possible.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
