Pros

They let you take time off if you need it. Sometimes there is free fruit and coffee.

Cons

Terrible Management. Every week we are signing documents were they threaten to send us home without pay over things such as: having your phone in your desk, talking in a volume that might be considered too high, the color of the tights you wear if you are a woman, etc. Underpaid position: 10 euro per hour. You will get minimum training and do A LOT of tasks from AML checking to technical support of Website and app. Zero chances of progression within the company, only team lead positions available based on how long have you been there and not skills - the last team lead had to be trained by colleagues that are now under this persons supervision- Team leads earn only a few cents more over those 10 euro Overall toxic environment. They don't apply the 3 paid days law when a relative dies. NINE months of training. They normally forget to pay holidays.
