- Coworkers are nice for the most part - Good location
Cons
- Don't be fooled by the 'Title Inflation', all positions are severely below industry average for the role - Depending on the department, really political and manipulative management - Unequal treatment by management. - No opportunity for upward mobility - Dated, non flexible work environment. Runs like government 10 years ago - Compounded workload when people quit (due to low salaries those who work there only opt to for under a year and then move on)
