Best job for those who want burnout and low salary - Graphic Designer Slush Employee Review

Too demanding for such a low salary, unfair hierarchy of the organization. Easy to take a C-level position if you're friends with the leadership team and the loudest in the room. Almost zero job recognition and appreciation for other hard-working teams if you're not the "elite" team who brings in the money and partnership deals. Used to be true to it's own values and fostered creativity and equality, but sadly not anymore.
