      Many acquisitions in my business unit over the last four years. We have become diverse and with different cultures need time to settle

      Lots of large projects and new tech.

      Some of the BUs are start up environments and not perfect for people who like large CO.

      Pros

      Actually decent pay. Can sometimes/rarely be flexible with working hours. You will work with large, high profile clients.

      Cons

      Barely ever paid on time, there doesn't seem to be a set payroll date. The company provided insurance is the bare minimum. Communication is poor, and isolation from your coworkers is high. Empty promises from management with no follow-through. The main manager can be rude/berating at times.
