We give fair opportunities to candidates who feel a startup is the right place for them, even if things don’t always turn out as expected. We understand that startups aren’t for everyone—they require adaptability, commitment, and a willingness to operate in a fast-changing environment. We also recognize the glamor often associated with startup work, but the reality is intense and requires dedication. Regarding compensation, we almost always pay at the level defined for the role, and in many cases offer higher pay for those who contribute significantly beyond expectations. Finally, based on your feedback about meetings, we are unclear if it refers to us—our current challenge is actually over-meetings, not under-meetings, and we are actively working to improve efficiency and clarity in this area.
