Pros
Flexibility, growth opportunity, support for continued learning, conference speaking and attendance opportunities and great signals fed back into the engineering team on value being provided to end users.
Cons
Typical early stage startup growing pains -> communication is hard, pivots are necessary, & having to make do with the resources at hand is a real constraint during early days. Granted, if you are interested in the world of startups, none of these are truly cons and are more realistically the cost of doing business.
