      Pros

      This was my first job out of college. I worked here for 4+ years. This was THE best experience I could've asked for as a fresh college graduate. The skill sets I've learned are transferrable to every aspect of life. They don't just teach you sales and leadership, they teach you how to be a great human, great communicator, and how to carry yourself in the face of adversity. The people are amazing - by far the best culture I have ever been a part of. They're fun, positive, and they genuinely care about you.

      Cons

      Probably not a good fit if: - you're not competitive - not a people person, or - don't like a challenge - they WILL challenge you to get out of your comfort zone (that's where growth happens)

      Pros

      I have learned a lot of transferable skills that have helped me personally and professionally. It’s a great place to start growing your skill set but also a great company to grow within. The people that work there are also incredible and provide a positive and an inclusive environment for everyone. I have had the best time working with this team and I am thankful that I have this opportunity to learn and grow with this company.

      Pros

      You get to work at Walmart selling electricity no one wants for 8 hours.

      Cons

      You have to use your own vehicle, you don’t get reimbursed for gas. There are a lot of “company activities” that are mandatory and that occur multiple times a week you don’t get compensated for. You will have no time for friends or family. If you do manage to make sales and make a lot they make excuses to not pay you your full check.
