      Pros

      The only positives are what you'd find at any PR agency with good compensation/benefits

      Cons

      There is the unfortunate perception that PR firms are led by a group of friends who "churn and burn" through lower level employees... this company proves that there may be validity to that. I know for a fact that I am not the only one to experience an issue, try to get it resolved, be promised that things will change, nothing changes, and then leave in a last ditch attempt to save what's left of their mental health. I do not believe that a person can last long term at this company while fully maintaining their wellbeing.

      Pros

      I work with clients who are doing interesting things, but the people here are truly the best part of the job. Smart, kind, funny, collaborative and always down to lend a helping hand. Whether it’s a brainstorm, a deadline or just needing a gut check, someone’s got your back. I’ve felt mentored, encouraged and pushed (in the best way) to grow. The overall company culture is super supportive and I feel comfortable bringing my whole self to work.

      Cons

      Like most agencies, it’s fast-paced and high standards can feel intense at times, but you’re never in it alone!

      Slide Nine had great benefits and a great working culture. Highly recommend

      not very diverse, high level of risk within client portfolio
