Pros
There aren’t many pros to work for this company. There works managers are best friends with the owners, so they’d rather get rid of the small people then fix their management attitude problem. They are some of the most rude and condescending people I’ve ever worked for. If they don’t like you, they’ll just replace you. No questions asked.
Cons
Everything. This is hands down one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever worked in. And I’m not alone in thinking this. Ask them about their turnover. People don’t last long at this company because of it’s toxic culture.
