      Not sure how to phase this without sounding fake, but the place is great from an engineering standpoint. Great kit, work from home, training, career progression, culture of team building and no egos.

      Product is huge and very intimidating at first. However there are plans to sort this

      High level of technical skill. Constantly improving the codebase and product. Really nice people. Good wages.

      Highly complex codebase turns some people off. A lot of client work on individuals.
