Pros

The job teaches you how much nonsense you can tolerate before walking away.

Cons

This place is horrible and gave me constant anxiety just walking in. Managers light up or joke about drugs like it is normal, which feels closer to jail behavior than a workplace. The culture is openly sexist and racist, then they laugh it off like everyone should be cool with it. There is no HR, so problems just sit there and rot. Management is all related, untrained, and allergic to accountability. Pay is weak for the workload, PTO is laughable, and you are pushed to leave fake reviews instead of fixing anything. You are left alone to solve everything while the stress piles up.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
