Pros

The sales team is driven and there is strong sense of teamwork. Leadership is approachable and receptive to new ideas, and there are paths for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the mentorship—I've had the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders who genuinely care about helping me succeed.

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
