The leadership style is all over the place. Constantly moving the goalposts, with no clear direction or plan.
The "line manager" I was given, seemingly had no experience managing anyone, and loathed being a line manager. The onboarding was literally a few lines in a google sheet, that had no outcomes or metrics. No regular check ins to see how you're getting on.
Toxic culture in this place - the vibe is, if you're not grinding then you're failing.
Also apart from ordering some grind pods and some Dash soda waters, there's no amenities for a full time office role.
