Pros
A small company that puts patients needs as a top priority. From CEO down to receptionist everyone is treated by other staff very respectfully. You have a great work/life balance. I have worked for 30+ years in large corporations and small companies like this and the model for the company is great!
Cons
Working for a small company your benefits package will not be like in a large company. The pay may be less, but so is the stress! The insurance may cost more. But if you realize it is a small company you have to take consideration in that.
