      The employees at the company are very personable, professional, and diligent.

      Cons

      The culture within the company has changed drastically within the last two years. Whereas prior, it was more focused on the patient-care and employee's work/life balance, it is now about the bottom line and growing volume.

      They cut quality employees and treat the place like a poorly ran fast food chain.

      No good cultural values in place The working people that helped develop the company were all released because they were making average market wages Pay reduction implemented to seasoned employees Workload was increased across the board with no focus on increased efficiency to help with the burdens No employee safety focus Benefits have been reduced
