Pros

You have a lot of down time, very calm job. Management was kind and helpful, training was thorough.

Cons

Pay isn't livable if you aren't already familiar with sales and can't bring in your own business. Was expected to do marketing for the store as well, and as I was making about $450 bucks a week for full time hours I couldn't get down with it. People who are with the company for a long time make good money, but you have to scrape by for years to see any financial benefit.

Pros

Potential to make more. Coworkers are amazing. Lots of down time.

Cons

Unless you're in the top 2% of stores you will probably only make about $2800 a month before taxes, IF you even hit commission. If not its only $15 an hour. They do not pay for milage if you cover other stores. Management micromanages all of your transactions, especially if you dont get a person to buy. They change the selling process constantly. There are only two people per store so if you call off you screw over your store partner or they close the store. Meaning less revenue for the latter, which they will hold against you.
