Pros
- Nice coworkers, good at onboarding - Food available near workplace was cheap
Cons
- 3 Interns were basically running the entire company - Boss treats interns terribly (verbal abuse, unrealistic deadlines) - No water cooler/dispenser, employees had to bring their own water for the entire day - Very cramped working spaces - Terrible working hours (on paper 9 to 6, but almost always were dismissed at 7+) - No paid overtime - No paid sick leave - No paid time off
